GlassFlower (and its licensors) retain all rights in and to my trade marks, trade names, logos, brand names and my goodwill in all of these (collectively, my “Trade marks”). These Terms of Use do not allow you to use my Trade Marks and I remind you that the use of my Trade Marks in any manner is strictly prohibited.
Appointments: Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments can only be booked at least 24 hours before service requirement.
All appointment cancellations can be requested but can only be cancelled upon approval of glassflower and it’s representatives. Appointments can only be cancelled at least 2 hours before appointment time. There will be no refund issued for appointments cancelled past the 2 hours buffer set in this policy.
I reserve the right to terminate agreements or projects, if customer’s behaviour is abusive or deemed unreasonable.
Invoices & Late Payment Charges
I value my customers and aim to do my best to keep you satisfied. I expect payment within 3 days, please process all invoice within the stated time-frame as there will be a 1.5% interest charge per 14 days on late invoices.
My Products
From time to time, I may need to modify, vary or withdraw (on either a permanent or temporary basis) some of the products and services and/or the features and specifications of those products and services, that are displayed on or made available to you through this Website. I reserve the right to do so without any liability to you. My sale terms also address the circumstances in which I may make changes to and/or withdraw products sold by us through this Website. I will use reasonable endeavours to ensure, but cannot guarantee and do not represent or warrant, that there are no typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing and/or availability on this Website. Any information/data you submit to ‘us’, us being glassflower, will solely be used for marketing purposes only. I will not share, sell nor distribute any information you have given to us.
